Overview: Synergy Building Services Solutions Ltd is a company founded in 1999 by Co Directors Steve Little and David Sorbie in response to our belief that Clients and Construction teams requirements of Building Services Consultants has changed over recent years but the service of many existing Consultants had not kept pace with these changes, Synergy therefore evolved so that we could provide a more Client focused, responsive, dynamic, hands on and innovative approach.

News: Synergy are approved CIBSE (Chartered Institute Building Services Engineers) Low Carbon Consultants and BREEAM acredited assessors. We are focusued on maximising energy efficient technologies and providing integrated Renewable Energy design solutions.

New Location: as part of Synergy's continued growth we have moved to new offices at Grove House, Maidenhead, Berkshire which will enable us to expand our level and range of services.
