As a response to changes in delivering design Synergy have invested the time and training to build a BIM department capable of delivery enhanced levels of design, co-ordination and documentation. In response to our clients’ needs Synergy have developed extensive set of mechanical, electrical and plumbing content and can provide a full range of services required to be an integral part of delivering a successful BIM project.

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Synergy have chosen to adopt Autodesk® Revit® as the software for BIM implementation which has allowed us to build on our extensive understanding of Autodesk’s® AutoCAD® range of software packages.

Synergy have successfully delivered BIM designs on several projects allowing for a clearer level of design and client understanding of the product being delivered through animated visualisations and enhance co-ordination levels throughout the design team.

Synergy can offer its expertise to help guide new clients through the complex process of BIM implementation and can offer compliant design to the level of design/detail (LOD) as required throughout the RIBA or client specific project work stages and compliant through all levels set out in PAS 1192-2:2013 Incorporating Corrigendum No. 1 (Specification for information management for the capital/delivery phase of construction projects using building information modelling).
