Synergy will ensure that all consultancy services provided will comply with all technical, legislative standards and approved codes of practice. Synergy will ensure all clients are informed of any changes to these requirements and advise on implications. Approved Design Software

The information and calculations produced part of consultancy services deliverables is supported by industry recognised and fully accredited software based packages. These packages are maintained and periodically updated in line with current legislation and standards to ensure that all design information is in accordance with current legislative requirements.

The software packages used across the business comprise (but are not limited to) the following:-

• Amtech
• Hevacomp
• TAS – Thermal Modelling Software
• Autocad
• Revit

Professional Qualifications

Synergy encourages employees to obtain relevant accreditation and membership of industry –related Professional Bodies and Institutes. Currently, a number of employees have obtained membership of the following professional bodies:-

Synergy provide opportunities and sponsorship for employees to complete part-time further / higher education (e.g. University degree courses), where relevant and beneficial to relevant areas of the business.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Synergy actively encourages all employees to pursue any opportunities for CPD, in line with relevant areas of our business and to ensure requirements of various professional institutions and technical bodies are complied with.
