Some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to enter a Synergy Team into the London Mud Run  known as Back 2 the Trenches. So without any team training the intrepid 10 set off on the run. The good news is we all survived and completed it and would do it again – well maybe not all!

Ceequal is the Sustainability assessment, rating and awards scheme for civil engineering projects, and can be used to assess such projects as roads, business parks, bridges, ports, power generation, wind-farms, railway works, remediation works, public realm works and urban regeneration schemes.
